STUDIOS
Art Space Portsmouth has 28 studios ranging from 80 to 612 sq ft, designed to suit a wide range of visual art practices. The cost of our studios is currently £5.75 per square foot per annum.
All our studios have 24/7 access, heating, lighting and electricity supply which is inclusive in the rent. Some of our studios also have sinks.
All studio space holders are required to sign a ‘Tenancy at Will' agreement and a ‘Membership Agreement' with Art Space Portsmouth.
As a condition of the ‘Tenancy at Will' and ‘Membership Agreement' we require:
- Two-month refundable deposit when taking on the studio and one monthly payment in advance (paid by standing order). In addition to this all members pay a monthly membership fee.
