Join us at at Art Space Portsmouth for ‘Close to the Bone’

A collection of new work by three local female artists, including use of pen, ink, fabric and beads to explore mind and anatomy.

Collaged household fabrics featuring embroidery and applique by Kim Burton, to the theme of pain.
Detailed pen and ink illustrations by Jade Lintott, exploring the depths of emotional distress and control.
3Dimensional and abstract bead work by Kendal James with a theme of anatomy, focusing on the unusual beauty of what makes a body.

Join us on our opening night for drinks and nibbles. The artists will be on site and open to questions during each visiting time noted below. There is no cost to attend but donations are welcome.
