VENICE BIENNALE 2019 – Talk by Art Space Artist Jeannie Driver Friday 12 July 7.00pm
This is a rare and wonderful chance to hear about ‘May You Live in Interesting Times, Venice Biennale, 2019’ from an Artist who visited it. This is the 58th Biennale in Venice, spanning over 120 years and it is, of course, still considered to be one of the most important events for contemporary art in the world.
Join us for an evening with Art Space Member Artist Jeannie Driver, who will give a talk about her recent visit to the Venice Biennale. She will be sharing images and film snippets from the Giardino and Arsenale sites as well as some highlights from exhibitions across Venice. Discussions can follow on the themes emerging.
