Thaïs Verhasselt

My name is Thaïs Verhasselt, a photographer and visual artist based in Portsmouth.
I specialise in art and heritage photography, helping museums, artists, galleries, and organisations bring their stories to life through thoughtful, detailed imagery.

My art practice is shaped by a love of history and visual culture. Inspired by Victorian optical devices, memorabilia, and archival material.

I have graduated with a BA and MA in Photography at the University of Portsmouth in 2023. Since then, I have worked across a wide range of environments, from public collections and exhibitions to one-off editorial commissions.
